Restorative Connection & Microdosing

Using many tools to heal and expand each program will be customized-we will meet live weekly. As a supplement to weekly calls additional sessions may be recommended that are not included.  See Supplemental services.

Investment:

Each month you will have one hour long deep integration call and 3- 30 min working sessions. All calls are one to one and can be recorded.

Month one:

Honoring the past and the present. This is where we discuss what has happened and may be happening now.

Month two:

We become observers of ourselves and restore connections. This is where we start to recognize and understand how we interact, react and process. We find the lost connections to the earth.

Month three:

Recognition and integration of truth. This is where we see the impact and lasting change of the work to support you on your journey ahead. We break free.
